The time between the years is a time for rest and reflection.
2025 was most definitely a pretty horrible year, with Fascism on the rise on both sides of the Atlantic and human rights on a steep decline. Wars are everywhere, and dictators like Putin and Netanyahu are committing war crimes with impunity. And we haven’t even talked about Sudan or Congo yet.
World leaders have put the world into reverse, searching for a past that never existed because they fear the uncertainties of the future.
So it’s time for a small break, to rest and recover, to be able to continue our fight for a better world in 2026 🙂
