Or sending troops and militias.<\/p>\n<p>I also cannot understand how one can stand by while people chase refugees through the streets (in Chemnitz), or advocate to let them drown (in the Mediterranean Sea).<\/p>\n<p>To me, this goes way beyond (party) politics, for me that touches the core of what I believe being human actually means &#8211; to have compassion.<\/p>\n<p>We know that every living creature has the same desire: to be happy and content, and to avoid suffering<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re one, on one planet, and there&#8217;s only one way forward: together<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/chfrank.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/dkl-biches.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: inline; background-image: none;\" title=\"dkl-biches\" src=\"http:\/\/chfrank.net\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/dkl-biches_thumb.jpg\" alt=\"dkl-biches\" width=\"446\" height=\"298\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s not my country, and I only watch from afar &#8211; but I cannot understand how one can earnestly condone shooting tear gas at refugee families.
